Out Of Hour's Funerals
Crescent Funerals is non-sectarian and non-denominational and has always adopted a multi-cultural approach in its work. We provide the same professional level of service to all members of the community always taking cultural sensitivities and requirements into consideration.
Over the last 20 years or so we have acquired a deep understanding of different faith practices and cultural differences between our diverse communities. We have demonstrated our tireless commitment to educating recently settled communities by providing guidance literature, training, and support on matters related to death and bereavement. We always aim to ensure that the services provided to the bereaved are second to none, irrespective of culture, faith, language, or community. This open-minded approach to our work lays the foundation at Crescent Funerals and has been promoted within, and fostered by our team members.
The Covid-19 pandemic has undoubtedly had a major impact on all our lives, from how we behave and interact with each other socially, to the way in which we all work and lead our daily lives.
Processes have also changed drastically. The funeral guidance documentation we have produced below is in six different languages, it is testimony of our commitment to cohesive and collaborative working at grassroots. Each provides a basic insight into what is involved in arranging a funeral and also provides an overview of new processes that have been introduced since the beginning of the pandemic.
