Bereavement Support

Grief is natural and part of our nature when we lose a loved one.  Grief and dealing with it is different for everyone and each individual will deal with it in a different way.

Dealing with grief for any individual is a personal experience. Some deal with well with it, others may not, however, everyone will have feelings of anxiety, restlessness and despair. These are all very natural and expected reactions to losing someone close to you.

Being around family or friends can help you get through these difficult times. You should speak to them about how you are feeling as this will will help you come to terms with your loss.

If you feel you are unable to speak to your family members or friends there are bereavement counsellors you can engage with. You can access them through your GP or through support groups by following the link below â€‹
